I had a complicated re-branding project with a tight deadline. I tried three of the top branding design firms in the States and was left with disappointing results and 70% of my budget spent.

By chance I came across some work done by an Italian graphic design firm. Their use of color, light and attention to fine detail instantly caught my eye. This was superb work. I contacted them to quote for my job. After 2 weeks of waiting for a proposal I was just about to give up when they asked me for one more day. Late the next day they didn’t send me a proposal, they sent me a beautiful 49 page completed project. It was perfect. When I explained that I hadn’t strictly awarded them the project nor settled on a fee, they said they enjoyed the project so much they were ok if I decided not to use it.

So, for a fraction of the time and cost quoted by other firms I had exactly what I wanted. As a result, my retail sales doubled.

I was so impressed with their talent, humility, work ethic and discipline that I decided we had to bring their talent to the American market. So, CHALK Creative Partners, based in Brooklyn and Gorizia, Italy was born.
